Adding SVM user accounts
You can add a Storage Virtual Machine (SVM) user account and specify a login user method to access the storage system.
Steps 
1.
From the home page, double-click the appropriate storage system.
2.
Expand the Storage Virtual Machines hierarchy in the left navigation pane.
3.
In the navigation pane, select the SVM and click Configuration > Security > Users.
4.
Click Add.
5.
Type the user name for the new user.
6.
Type the password that the user uses to connect to the storage system, and then confirm the password.
7.
Add one or more user login methods, and then click Add.
